Architecture
AGYL is designed so each customer's records and customer-specific context are isolated from other customers, and customer data is not used to train models that serve another customer.
Core controls
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Role-based access appropriate to the deployed environment.
- Traceable decisions and audit records for governed changes.
- Customer-controlled thresholds for decisions that require review.
- Vendor and access review as part of the operating security program.
Compliance posture
AGYL maintains a security program aligned with the trust commitments presented on this site, including SOC 2 controls and support for applicable GDPR and CCPA obligations. The exact controls, reports, data-processing terms, and deployment responsibilities for a client engagement are provided during security review and governed by the applicable agreement.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue involving AGYL, do not include sensitive customer data in your initial message. Send a concise description to [email protected], and we will coordinate a secure follow-up channel.
