Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, and meeting details when you contact us or schedule a conversation.
We also receive basic technical information associated with a website visit, including IP-derived company information, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location.
Website services and analytics
Apollo company identification
AGYL uses Apollo to identify the company associated with a website visit. Apollo loads before optional cookie consent under AGYL’s current business-interest policy. We suppress Apollo on browsers marked as internal and when a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Apollo is intended to identify organizations, not to provide AGYL with a visitor’s personal browsing history.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after you select “Accept all.” These services help us understand site usage, improve the experience, and measure business outreach. Selecting “Essential only” prevents these optional tools from loading.
Roam scheduling
Our contact page embeds a scheduling experience provided by Roam. Loading or using that page may send technical information to Roam, and information you enter into the scheduler is processed by Roam to arrange the meeting.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Understand which organizations are interested in AGYL.
- Measure marketing performance when optional consent is provided.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Sharing and retention
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, schedule meetings, perform consented analytics, maintain business records, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information for monetary payment. Some optional analytics and advertising tools that load only with your consent — such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag — may be considered “selling” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws; you can avoid these by choosing “Essential only” or by enabling Global Privacy Control. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your choices
You can choose “Essential only,” reopen Cookie settings from the footer, enable Global Privacy Control in a supported browser, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
